TONIGHT'S MENU
I am going to make Chicken Breasts with White Vermouth for dinner tonight. I have not cooked this recipe yet, but it looks quite yummy. I will also serve a tossed greens salad, along with some a box of Near East Rice Pilaf. The wine tonight will be a 2005 Esser Chardonnay.

The chicken was VERY good. This is an adult meal, with specific tastes. The vermouth, the lemon and the chicken each carry themselves individually - the sauce doesn't overwhelm the chicken.
The wine was perfect with chicken.
